If you’re like me, you will eyeball keyframe placement to save time. As in all things, the trade-off for time is usually accuracy. But by using the Info Panel, we can eyeball our keyframes and be accurate as well!
The secret is that when we move a keyframe, its temporal value is display at the bottom of the Info Panel. Additionally, if we move multiple keyframes – either proportionally or simultaneously – the Info Panel will show the temporal value of the keyframes that you clicked on. You can use that information to more precisely place your keyframes without resorting to other methods, e.g. snapping to the play head.
